Live Shows and Shipping Rewards

A few quick things ...

Live Shows!

Tickets for the Seattle performance (on May 11th) went on sale the other week, and tickets for the LA performance (on May 18th) were just announced. Both shows will be a live collaboration with special musical guest Dylan Desmond from Bell Witch. If you didn't grab tickets to either show during the Kickstarter and now want to attend, you can grab your tickets now! We just confirmed a Boston venue for May 25th; more details and ticket link soon... We are still trying to confirm a NYC venue.

If you can't go to these shows yourself, I would still deeply appreciate any word you'd like to spread to friends in the area, or just on social media. 🖤

IMPORTANT: Backer Surveys

Surveys went out a while ago to all backers. Most of you have, but there are still about 20 folx who have yet to reply. If you do not reply I cannot send you your rewards.

Test Pressings

Per the last updates, during test pressing we found an issue and had to recut the lacquer for one of the record sides, the new test pressing has been approved and a new metal for the mother stamper is being produced! This has caused a slight delay in shipping out rewards, but they think we should still have records in-hand the first week of May so I'm optimistic all rewards will ship out by end of May (instead of the originally projected end of April).

Pre-Orders

Lastly, pre-orders will remain open until the end of April, if you know anyone who didn't pledge during the Kickstarter but still wants to pickup some of these items. After the pre-order store closes, I won't be selling the limited edition prints or blood marigold vinyl until after my tour dates in May—assuming any are still left after May.  So now is the time to grab them!

Test Pressings

In reviewing the test pressings I found a recurring scratch on Side A of the 1st LP.  After triaging with Third Man it became clear there was a scratch on the original lacquer. So they have recut the lacquer, and making new metal for the mother stamper.  This may cause a slight delay in shipping out rewards, but they think we should still have records in-hand the first week of May so I'm optimistic all rewards will ship out by end of May (instead of the originally projected end of April).

Limited Edition Prints

I flew out to Seattle last week, and got to meet up with David D'Andrea—for the first time in-person! This also meant I got to see the art prints up close and WOW they are just stunning! Pictures honestly don't do these justice, and definitely don't convey the majesty of the gold metallic ink used in some of the details. For those of you who backed at the bundle and VIP levels; you definitely scored! If you didn't grab one and are now feeling FOMO, there are a few still available via the pledge manager—but not many. I'm trying to keep a handful in reserve to have available at my live shows.
